“I am overwhelmed by the generosity and outpouring of support shown by these remarkable women as a result of receiving this award. It’s amazing that women who are not even from our community are contacting me from across North America to offer their support for our Mission,” says Julie Rems-Smario, Executive Director of Deaf Hope, who was recently presented with the 2007 Humanitarian of the Year Award. The award was presented by eWomenNetwork Foundation in Dallas Texas in front of over 2,000 business women during the eWomenNetwork Foundation’s annual International Femtor Awards Gala.
