You can contact Hotline@Deaf-Hope.org and DeafHope advocates will respond to the message during business hours, DeafHope advocates are on duty M to F 9 AM to 5 PM PST. 

If you want to use the videophone, use Hotline@Deaf-Hope.org to make arrangement for video phone session with an DeafHope advocate.

For hotline after 6 PM and before 9 AM PST, You can contact the National Domestic Violence Hotline.  They have Hearing advocates on duty 24 hours
