This activity will take you through the real experiences of survivors. It helps us understand the dynamics of violence and the barriers survivors face. This experiential activity can be emotional and triggering. It is designed to be frustrating, chaotic and provide a sense of the many barriers. Please look for ways to support yourself. One option is to talk to an advocate.
